Overview
We are a dynamic custom fabrication company specializing in high-quality metalwork and conveyor systems for a variety of industries. We’re looking for a skilled welder to join our growing team and contribute to the fabrication of custom components and conveyor systems.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
- Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and FCAW welding on a variety of metals.
- Fabricate and assemble custom metal components and conveyor systems.
- Operate cutting, grinding, and finishing tools to prepare and complete welds.
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication challenges.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in the setup and operation of welding and fabrication equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in MIG, TIG, Stick, and FCAW welding.
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with conveyor systems or industrial fabrication is a plus.
- Familiarity with welding safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
