Overview

Goodwill Staffing is a full-service staffing agency within Goodwill of Colorado, offering various employment opportunities. They are seeking skilled MIG Welders/Fabricators with at least one year of experience in welding and fabricating custom metal work for a temp-to-hire position.

Responsibilities

• Layout, position, and weld components using MIG welding.
• Assemble parts by bolting, riveting, or welding.
• Inspect and repair welded components as needed.
• Ensure work meets quality standards and safety protocols.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Technical certification or vocational training is a strong plus but not required.
• At least 1 year of experience in MIG welding and fabricating.
• Ability to pass a hands-on weld test within one hour.
• Knowledge and experience using analog MIG Welders, Chop Saw, Basic Mill Operation, and forklift operation.
• Experience utilizing hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate measurement skills.
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs and stand for extended periods.
