Overview

We are a fast-growing HVAC contractor focused on tenant improvements and new commercial projects, building out our in-house fabrication to improve speed, quality, and margins. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team in Olivehurst, CA.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate ductwork, fittings, transitions, plenums, and offsets.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Lay out and build fittings without relying on pre-made cut lists.
• Operate shop equipment such as brake, shear, Pittsburgh, and lockformer.
• Work closely with field crews to support installs and solve problems.
• Handle quick-turn and custom fabrication as jobs demand.

Requirements

• 5+ years HVAC sheet metal fabrication experience.
• Strong layout skills.
• Ability to work independently and think through problems.
• Experience with commercial TI projects preferred.
• Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in clean work.
