Overview

Boydstun Equipment Manufacturing is known for its innovation and quality in manufacturing car haulers for the U.S. and Canada. They are seeking talented and motivated Fabricators/Welders to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld multiple materials in various positions using a MIG welder.
• Read and interpret shop drawings.
• Identify universal weld symbols and various mild steel materials.
• Inspect and verify that welds meet specifications as noted on shop drawings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of proper cutting torch techniques.
• Complete a weld test during the interview process.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience welding.
• Frequently lift or move parts weighing 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for 8 to 10 hours a day.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter.

• Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
