Overview
We are looking for a Welder / Fabricator who can get weld certified and follow directions to set up parts and process standards. The role involves assembling, welding, and finishing parts while ensuring quality and communicating effectively with the shop manager.
Responsibilities
- Get weld certified.
- Set up parts per paperwork and process per standards.
- Sign into projects by the number on your work order.
- Assemble, weld, and finish using standard fabrication methods.
- Verify dimensions and finish are within spec.
- Communicate status with the shop manager.
- Assist others as needed.
Requirements

- Read and interpret engineering prints.
- Read a tape and understand tolerances, angles, and dimensions.

Additional Information
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am-3:30pm.
- Must be able to bend at the waist, kneel, and reach objects as necessary.
- Lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Weld with Mig and Tig.
- Safely use hand tools including welders, grinders, sanders, drills, etc.
- Overtime work is possible when available.
