Overview

H.W. Johnson Concrete Construction is seeking a full-time welder/fabricator who is ready to take on a challenging role in fabricating hardware for new infrastructure. The position offers opportunities for growth and skill development in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate handrails, grates, and trash racks for roadway drainage structures.
• Perform welding repairs and parts fabrication for a fleet of 100 vehicles and mobile machinery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding/fabricating.
• Valid Driver’s License with no major violations in the past 36 months.
• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Knowledge of welding equipment and tools used in the trade.
• Familiarity with handrail/pipe coping and welding.
• Attention to detail and the ability to take direction well.
• Take pride in workmanship and produce high-quality results.
