Overview

Nabholz is a national multi-service contractor founded in 1949, now employing over 1,700 professionals to provide a full range of construction, industrial, civil, and environmental services. They are seeking an Industrial Craftsperson to handle general craft duties with a focus on safety and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all duties associated with General Crafts.
• Use crane signaling and lifting devices such as hoist jacks, cranes, slings, and chokers.
• Employ various measuring and leveling techniques.
• Work with different metal types and apply cutting and welding techniques.
• Perform pipe fitting for both plastic and metal pipes.
• Thread and weld black and stainless pipes.
• Complete all other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial or related fields.
• Knowledge of safety practices and personal protective equipment.
• Strong communication skills for conveying information.
• Ability to select and use hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with measuring tools and instruments.
• Fundamental knowledge of ferrous and nonferrous metals.
• Proficiency in mechanical cutting, shaping, and fabrication techniques.
• Experience with oxy-fuel and plasma-arc cutting techniques.
• Crane signaling experience.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Must be able to handle physical requirements associated with General Craft.

• Job requires overnight travel for up to three weeks at a time.
