Overview
We are currently hiring experienced MIG/TIG Welders and Fabricators to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience and can produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
- Fabricate and assemble metal components
- Operate shop equipment (grinders, saws, brakes, etc.)
- Ensure quality control and follow safety standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of MIG/TIG welding and fabrication experience
- Ability to pass weld test
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
