Overview

NXA Manufacturing is seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator to join their team in Northwest Arkansas. The company, founded in 2003, specializes in designing and fabricating custom stainless-steel equipment for the food, beverage, and dairy industries, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Build weldments and assemblies from layout of raw materials to finished products.
• TIG weld components using industrial metal shop equipment.
• Use proper welding procedures and techniques for the given task, including weld prep and machine settings.

Requirements

• Weld test required to demonstrate TIG welding proficiency and skill.
• Exceptional stainless-steel fabrication skills, including layout, cutting, grinding, forming, fitting, TIG and MIG welding.
• Ability to read a tape measure and use a protractor.
• Must be able to read and interpret design drawing prints.
• Able to properly and safely rig large components and operate a forklift.
• Willingness to work overtime or occasional weekends as requested.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check.
