Overview

The TIG Welder/Fabricator role involves performing TIG welding operations on various metal components, ensuring quality and safety standards are met during the welding process.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding operations on various metal components
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including TIG welders
• Ensure proper fit-up and alignment of parts before welding
• Inspect welds for quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards
• Follow all safety protocols and adhere to codes and standards for welding operations

Requirements

• Must be capable of welding nickel, stainless steel & other alloys
• Ability to weld small parts
• Ability to follow operation sheets, blueprints, drawings etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Sheet metal experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to use power tools and other equipment necessary for the job
• Physical stamina to perform welding tasks for extended periods of time
