Overview

Advanced Truck, a growing truck dealership and repair shop, is urgently seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator/Truck Builder to join their team due to an increasing workload and a team member unable to continue full-time. The role involves welding, fabricating, and repairing truck bodies, frames, trailers, and heavy-duty components, with opportunities for training for motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, modify, and install custom parts, including truck beds, bumpers, and brackets.
• Perform welding, cutting, grinding, riveting, and assembly of truck body components.
• Inspect and repair damaged truck frames, beds, and other structural components.
• Assist with truck body repairs and fabrication projects of varying complexity.
• Maintain shop standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness.

Requirements

• Welding and metal fabrication experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of truck body repairs and riveting is a strong plus.
• Experience with commercial trucks, trailers, or heavy equipment is beneficial.
• Mechanical skills and general problem-solving ability are highly valued.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Welding certifications are preferred but not required.
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome.
