Overview

Precision Sheet Metal/Machine Shop is looking for TIG Welders with 2-3 years of hands-on welding experience. A weld test will be part of the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality production through physical inspection.
• Weld and fabricate to engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
• Ensure quality standards and policy objectives are met by in-process inspection.
• Use basic inspection equipment and small tools.
• Work overtime as needed to meet schedule requirements.
• Follow instructions and assist wherever needed in the shop.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on welding experience.
• Experience with basic inspection equipment and small tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Self-motivated with a positive team-oriented attitude.

• Work location is in person.
• Employee is regularly exposed to vibration and moderate noise levels.
