Overview

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator / MIG Welder to join our growing team in Dalton, GA. This role is responsible for fabricating and welding metal components to precise specifications while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel and other metal components
• Operate fabrication equipment including press brake, laser cutter, spot welder, and related machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble metal parts to required specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience
• Experience operating press brake and/or laser cutting equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented
• AWS welding certification
• CNC operation or machine setup experience
• Forklift certification or experience
