Join our Welding Department as the go-to expert for configuring, running, and caring for welding equipment that produces precise welds on tubing, piping, and related components. Your work keeps production moving and quality high by aligning every step with engineering drawings, approved welding procedures, safety protocols, and strict quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Review engineering drawings and blueprints to understand specifications for tubing and piping assemblies.
• Set up welding machines for production runs, dialing in parameters to meet procedure and quality requirements.
• Operate equipment to produce consistent, high-quality welds throughout the shift.
• Monitor process performance and make adjustments to uphold safety and quality expectations.
• Perform routine care and basic maintenance on welding equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Follow welding procedures and safety standards at every step.

Requirements

• Proven work history as a machine operator in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with machine setups for production runs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints/engineering drawings.
• Clear, reliable communication skills across shifts and with teammates.
