Responsibilities

• Apply basic understanding in the operation and maintenance of machines and tools utilized in the manufacturing environment.
• Position, produce and/or fasten parts in specified relationship to each other according to the manufacturing schedule.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation, maintaining and wearing all required personal protective safety equipment.
• Work at different workstations as needs require or shift from one station to another.
• Promptly produce quality work that satisfies customer requirements.
• Participate in all continuous improvement programs by offering suggestions and exhibiting initiative.
• Follow all organizational, department/area, safety policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One-year prior welding experience is preferred with basic knowledge of welding process.
• Must successfully meet the Welding Skills Tests performance qualification requirement.
• Must pass drug screen prior to employment.
