Overview
We are seeking a skilled or inspiring fabricator/welder/installer to join our up and coming business. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong background in welding and fabrication and or desire with the willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Perform mig, tig, and stick welding and plasma cutting on various materials.
- Fabricate components according to specifications outlined in blueprints and schematics.
- Field install of buyout and fabricated metals and equipment.
- Ensure all welds are completed to industry standards, maintaining structural integrity.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet design specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Being on time with a good attitude.
- Blueprint reading and schematic interpretation or willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be able to drive a manual with a 20' trailer.
