Responsibilities

• Produce custom OEM stainless steel equipment for the food processing industry.
• Perform TIG welding, grinding, blueprint reading, and work planning.
• Cut, roll, shape, bend, heat, or hammer metal products to fabricate parts or sub-assemblies.
• Finish products by cleaning and polishing them.
• Alter dimensions to fit specifications.

Requirements

• 1 year welding experience preferred.
• Experience with standard metal working equipment such as Oxy-acetalene, plasma cutting, iron worker, drill press, press brake, and shear.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Lean experience is a plus.
• Food processing experience is a plus.

Additional Information

• Remote Fabrication / Travel required (75%) / 2 week rotation.
• Travel accommodations include per-diem, overnight allowance, paid travel time, provided company auto, and provided lodging.
• Overtime and flexibility with shift changes.
