Overview

We are looking for qualified and motivated individuals to join our welding department. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years welding experience and the ability to adapt to a medium-paced environment while demonstrating a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform uniform welds consistently.
• Create welding fixtures.
• Construct weld samples from blueprints.
• Handle and maneuver hand grinder.
• Program and operate robotic weld machine, including program editing and restart.
• Operate forklift.
• Communicate with ME on design inconsistencies.
• Change weld/gas tanks as necessary.
• Perform welding machine maintenance.
• Ability to set welding machine parameters for specific tasks.

Requirements

• Perform and successfully pass basic welding test.
• Ability to read tape measure and other measuring instruments.
• Interpret weld characteristics from blueprint.
• Knowledge of quality weld aesthetics.
• Minimum of 4 years welding experience.
