Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency, ensuring the highest quality standards are met across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding processes according to project specifications and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble metal weldments and components.
• Use hand tools, power tools and calipers to prepare materials for welding and assembly.
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers and schematics to ensure weld integrity and dimensional accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members on projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Assist in maintenance tasks by troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing routine repairs as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in welding within manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• TIG welding and robotic welding is a plus.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with pipe threading, tube bending, soldering, rigging, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations required during fabrication processes.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams such as schematics for assembly or maintenance tasks.
