At Serrmi Products, we believe in the growth of our employees and look to advance them into new roles. The Welder position is responsible for welding components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions, with openings on day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods.
• Climb ladders to reach ceilings and other high objects.
• Push, pull, lift, or move 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Work in adverse weather conditions.

Requirements

• Welding Certification is preferred.
• Must have previous experience working with mild steel and stainless steel.
• Must have solid working knowledge of current welding materials and procedures.
• Attention to detail and initiative to be self-motivated and directed.
• Ability to manage time and work independently or with other team members.
• Able to read and interpret multipage blueprints.
• Weld separately or in combination of, using stainless steel, cast iron, and other alloys.
• At least 2 years of continual welding experience.

Additional Information

• Monday through Thursday, 10 hour shifts.
