Overview

The Assembler position offers a great opportunity for growth with paid training and no prior experience needed. This contract-to-hire role is based in Anoka, MN, and provides exposure to metal fabrication and welding skills in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn basic metal fabrication.
• Measure, cut, and prep metal parts.
• Use brake presses and spot welders.
• Grind, clean, and finish parts.
• Get hands-on exposure to MIG & TIG welding.
• Help with assembly, paint, and packaging.
