Overview
Titan is seeking skilled Millwrights / Welders / and Multicrafts to join our team. The ideal Millwright candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment, while the ideal Welder candidate will handle fabrication and installation activities associated with various types of metals and piping. All candidates must align with Titan's core values of quality, dependability, positive attitudes, and safety.
Responsibilities
- Install, align, dismantle, and move industrial machinery and mechanical equipment according to layout plans using hand and power tools.
- Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Perform fabrication and welding of various types of structural steel using SMAW, GTAW, and MIG processes.
- Perform fabrication and welding of various types of piping using SMAW and GTAW processes.
- Perform field take-offs for structural steel and piping networks.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Millwright / Welder / Multicraft or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices.
- Certification as an Industrial Mechanic or Millwright is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of proper welding procedures.
- Ability to obtain welding certifications.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and isometric drawings.
- Ability to fit structural steel and pipe.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Extensive knowledge of standard industrial safety procedures and ability to adapt to Titan's progressive safety culture.
