Matrix Manufacturing specializes in precision welding and fabrication, providing high-quality services across various industries. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication tasks on a variety of materials, including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the correct specifications for each project.
- Use a variety of tools and machinery, such as MIG and TIG welders, grinders, saws, and presses.
- Ensure all welds are strong, clean, and meet quality standards and safety requirements.
- Conduct inspections of fabricated parts and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety guidelines and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving during the fabrication process.
Requirements
- 1+ years of welding/fabrication experience (MIG and TIG welding preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and fabrication processes.
- Comfortable working with various metal materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn how to Laser Weld.
- Experience with CNC machines or other fabrication equipment.
- Familiarity with OSHA safety standards.
