Join our dynamic team as a Sheet Metal Worker and become a vital part of our manufacturing and facilities maintenance operations. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, installing, repairing, and maintaining sheet metal components used across various systems.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate sheet metal components.
• Use tools such as shears, brakes, welders, and hand tools to cut, shape, assemble, and install sheet metal parts.
• Perform welding tasks with precision to join metal pieces securely while adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks including repairs, inspections, and preventative upkeep of equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all fabrication and installation activities while promoting a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication, installation, or maintenance within manufacturing or facilities environments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience related to industrial systems such as HVAC or automation controls.
• Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings essential for precise fabrication and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on welding skills with proficiency in various welding techniques required for secure metal joins.
• Experience supervising or leading teams is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in project coordination or training roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork collaboration.
