Overview

The Welder/Fabricator position requires a hardworking individual with solid welding and fabrication experience. The company, family owned and operated for 35 years, is committed to providing sales, service, and installation of commercial recycling equipment from their Rollinsford, NH facility.

Responsibilities

• Create quality welds according to blueprints.
• Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping and cutting steel parts.

Requirements

• Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in use.
• Shear and Brake Press experience a Plus.
• Operate forklift, if required and trained.
• Monitor equipment and request maintenance when required.
• Perform simple maintenance and repair as required.
• Will be required to cross-train as back-up in other areas of the company.
• Required to have proper and accurate entry into the time and attendance system.
• Must be able to lift minimum 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work as a member of a team and bring a positive attitude.
• Lead by example.

Additional Information

• $50,000-$52,000 annual salary.
• Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm, start end times can vary and need to be flexible depending on workload.
• Some weekends might be required.
• Overtime available if required.
• Company uniforms supplied.
• Work boot allowance.
• Per diem and motels for overnight stays.
