Puritan Manufacturing is a family-owned custom metal fabrication company known for its customer service and dedication to providing quality products. The Welder/Fabricator role involves fabricating, fitting, and welding components from various metals according to shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, fit, and weld components in accordance with shop drawings from steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Understand welding procedures, weld symbols, and adhere to quality control requirements.
• Use GMAW welding processes on different materials.

Requirements

• Ability to work with others including customers and vendors.
• Must be able to operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs occasionally.
• Must be able to read a tape measure proficiently.
• Experience with AWS welding code is a plus.
