We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Pipefitter/Welder to join our team and contribute to high-quality piping and welding projects across various construction and manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble piping systems.
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment.
• Use calipers, schematics, and basic math skills to measure materials precisely and ensure proper fitment.
• Rigging materials safely for lifting and positioning pipes or equipment during installation or maintenance activities.
• Conduct soldering, tube bending, pipe threading, and assembly tasks with accuracy while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proficiency in MIG welding, FCAW, TIG welding, and <LOCATION> welding techniques.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics interpretation.
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and rigging equipment.
• Familiarity with ASME codes & standards related to piping and welding practices.
• Experience working on construction sites or manufacturing environments involving plumbing, HVAC systems, or pipeline installation.
• Ability to read schematics accurately and perform pipe threading with precision.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting projects.
• Knowledge of soldering techniques for plumbing applications.
• Understanding of maintenance procedures for mechanical systems involving pipes or welds.
