Overview

Our rapidly growing custom fabrication company needs an experienced Welder to join our team. We’re looking for a hardworking energetic professional who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG and other types of weld based on project needs
• Verify material sizes
• Interpret drawings to cut, notch, fit, and weld materials to proper specifications
• Monitor and verify the accuracy of each job’s initial set-up and final outcome
• Communicates with supervisor, engineers, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues

Requirements

• Must have experience in welding mild steel, stainless steel, & aluminum
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience welding in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of welding practices
• Knowledge of reading drawings and blueprints
• Must be able to read tape measure
• Proficient at layout and have experience reading plans and specs

• Full-time candidates for the day shift, Monday thru Friday with overtime as needed
