Overview

Bennett Mfg. is seeking a Spot Welder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have a background working in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate spot welding machines.
• Produce quality standards including fitting and alignment of parts in jigs and fixtures.
• Work from drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform heavy lifting depending on job assignment.
• Stand for long periods as required.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication techniques.
• Pre-employment physical/drug test required.
• Valid NY State driver's license required.
• 1 year of sheet metal manufacturing experience preferred.
