Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems according to blueprints and schematics.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints for precise installation.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques for assembly.
• Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks for pipe installation and system setup.
• Collaborate with carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades for installation activities.
• Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems in existing structures or new builds.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, including pipe fitting, welding, and system installation.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading machines.
• Experience with remodeling projects or handyman work is advantageous.
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions.
• Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards related to construction plumbing and site operations.
