Overview

We are an established, family-owned HVAC service and installation business in Rhode Island, currently seeking a fun-loving and talented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Ductwork Installer - Sheet Metal Fabricator, offering a range of services including custom-designed heating and air conditioning systems, maintenance, and repair.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of skilled ductwork installers.
• Select appropriate materials for each job.
• Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal to required dimensions.
• Measure, cut, and weld pieces according to specifications, blueprints, or directions.
• Connect pieces or secure seams using riveting, rolling, soldering, or steel screws.
• Utilize state-of-the-art machinery and software applications to complete jobs.
• Develop and maintain records for projects and repairs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of an apprenticeship or a three-year, in-company training program.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Ability to complete sheet metal projects with accuracy and precision.
• Ability to safely use machinery and tools involved in sheet metal work.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Certification is preferred.
