Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality welding on stainless, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Prep, fit, and assemble parts prior to welding.
- Inspect welds for accuracy and consistency.
- Increase welding production by setting pace, improving flow, and supporting team efficiency.
- Coach and support welders to improve speed, quality, and consistency.
- Assist the Foreman with workflow planning and production priorities.
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe work area.
- Support communication with future Spanish-speaking hires if bilingual.
- Help recruit quality welders and support their onboarding.
Requirements
- Welding experience required.
- Ability to pass Bow Creek Metal’s welding test.
- Proven ability to work fast while maintaining high quality.
- Demonstrated leadership traits: initiative, accountability, problem-solving.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to cross-train.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a major plus, not required.

Additional Information
- Schedule: Mon–Thurs: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Fridays optional overtime.
