Overview

Kelley Engineering is a premier engineering and manufacturing company specializing in custom automation equipment, CNC machining, and metal fabrication services for various industries. The MIG & TIG welder will weld and assemble metal pieces using handheld welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and drawings to determine part specifications.
• Perform MIG welding on various metal components using the appropriate equipment and tools.
• Check products against specifications and conformance standards.
• Follow specifications in job orders, verbal instructions, and blueprints.
• Complete work by welding, cutting, grinding, and cleaning parts.
• Perform minor machine maintenance.
• Perform quality inspection on all parts.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications.

Requirements

• Experience as a MIG Welder preferred.
• Ability to work on different types of metal.
• Self-motivated.
• On-time and reliable.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of standard and metric measurements.
• Ability to lift objects up to 50 pounds.

• Work hours are Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm.
• Work Location: In person.
