Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator / Welder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling metal components with precision and efficiency, contributing to the creation of high-quality structures and products that meet strict industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components.
• Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding processes to join metals securely.
• Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and sheet metal equipment to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Measure materials precisely with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to ensure accuracy in fabrication.
• Operate rigging equipment and forklifts safely for material handling and assembly tasks on construction sites or manufacturing floors.
• Apply mechanical knowledge for pipe threading, ductwork fabrication, assembly, and installation of structural components.
• Follow safety protocols adhering to ASME codes & standards while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Proven construction site experience with hands-on fabrication and welding tasks.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, FCAW welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, plasma cutting equipment, press brake machines, and machining tools.
• Strong understanding of basic math skills necessary for measurements and calculations in fabrication processes.
• Mechanical knowledge related to rigging, pipe threading, assembly, soldering, and ductwork installation.
• Valid certifications in welding (such as AWS or equivalent) are highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
