Overview

Winamac Company is seeking a Mig or Tig Welder, with entry-level candidates welcome if they have a schooling certificate. This position offers a competitive benefits package and is focused on performing MIG and TIG welding on steel parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel parts
• Read and follow blueprints and weld symbols
• Measure and verify part dimensions
• Inspect welds for quality and defects
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Be reliable

Requirements

• Welding school certificate required for entry level or manufacturing experience
• MIG/TIG welding experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure
• Steel-toe boots required
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required
