Overview

Wright is seeking an experienced welder with at least 2 years of experience. The company focuses on reducing landfill waste and promoting sustainability through ecologically sound production methods.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Set up welding equipment and select proper materials.
• Perform different types of welding such as MIG, TIG, Stick, or Arc welding.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces for strength, quality, and accuracy.
• Repair damaged metal parts and structures.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear at all times.

Requirements

• 2 plus years of welding experience is a must.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques and materials.
• Prior experience in welding or metal fabrication.

• Temp-to-Hire position
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)
• Overtime and Saturday work possible
