Overview

Chilton Auto Body is seeking experienced Auto Collision Journey Level Body Techs and Tear Down Disassembly and Reassembly Techs to join their team at various locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Candidates must have experience in the auto body collision repair industry.

Responsibilities

• Examine vehicles for collision-related damage.
• Document the time and effort required to repair and refinish vehicles to pre-accident condition.
• Tear down and reassemble vehicles.
• Weld using MIG and Spot resistance welders.
• Replace panels and straighten, grind, sand, and fill repair panels.
• Repair frames and unibody using a frame rack.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive collision necessary (3+ years for A-tech level).
• Knowledge of automotive disassembly and reassembly.
• Detail oriented and organized with a high standard for quality.
• Must provide your own basic tools.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must agree to and pass a thorough background check.
