Pro Staffing Solutions, a division of Pro Mechanical Services Co., is a family-owned skilled trades labor contractor focused on connecting professionals with leading companies. They are seeking Welders for a full-time, permanent position in metal fabrication, requiring 4+ years of experience and the ability to pass a weld test.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding on various types of material.
• Set up machine based on each task.
• Use of cutting tools and other related equipment.
• Operate forklifts and overhead crane (training provided).
• Read and interpret drawings.
• Keep work station clean and organized.

Requirements

• 4+ years of MIG experience.
• Ability to pass a MIG pressure test.
• Set up your own machine.
• Use of power tools and other equipment.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to work overtime if needed.

Additional Information

• 1st and 3rd shift available.
• Pay is $25 - $28 based on previous experience.
• PTO is offered during the first 30 days of employment.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday working 8 - 10 hours per day and some Saturdays.
• Overtime available.
• Weekly pay.
