Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and work instructions in English.
• Cut, bend, and form sheet metal using press brakes, shears, and CNC equipment.
• Assemble HVAC components, including coils and copper parts.
• Perform copper brazing with consistent, clean joints.
• Verify dimensions with a tape measure and ensure parts meet specifications.
• Complete final inspections and follow all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Fabrication or sheet metal background, or strong transferable mechanical skills.
• Manufacturing fabrication experience highly preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions in English.
• Comfort using hand tools and metalworking machinery.
• Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Stable work history highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Works well independently and on a team.
• Detail-driven with strong organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.

Additional Information

• 1st Shift Fabrication: Monday - Thursday, 5:30am–4:00pm.
• 2nd Shift Fabrication: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm–2:30am.
• Overtime Friday/Saturday is possible during peak seasons.
