Overview

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and service all equipment including bucket trucks, cranes, and dozers.
• Work with hazardous tools such as welders, torches, and grinders.
• Operate around moving equipment and in constricted spaces.
• Possess and supply own mechanic hand tools, with diagnostic scanners and some specialty tools provided by the company.
• Perform field work on various jobs in and around the Midwest.
• Maintain and operate a company supplied service truck with crane.
• Electronically fill out work orders, order parts, keep time, and complete daily reports.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid, Active Driver's License required.
• Possess own mechanic hand tools.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with aerial units, bucket trucks, and cranes.
• Knowledge of electrical overhead powerline construction equipment is preferred.
• Previous experience with construction equipment repair and tracked equipment is preferred.
• Tractor trailer chassis and engine experience is preferred.
• Valid, Active CDL A is preferred.

• Position requires up to 100% travel within the Central region.
