Overview

The Night Shift Welder is responsible for operating welding equipment to build high quality parts, sub assemblies, and finished products in the construction field. Frontier Environmental Services is a leader in infrastructure construction, site reclamation, and ongoing maintenance in the energy industry.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote good safety practices.
• Exercise proper care, maintenance and operation of all welding equipment.
• Utilize various welding techniques and appropriate tools to weld and fabricate high quality parts and components as specified.
• Complete required welding tasks by set timelines while ensuring safety.
• Repair or rework fabrications when necessary.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
• Travel to various locations or job assignments as needed.
• Perform other non-welding duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED, or demonstrated related experience.
• Welding experience using multiple welding machines including arc, TIG, and MIG welders.
• Fabrication experience in the construction field preferred.
• Must pass drug screening and criminal background check.
