Overview
The Branch Floater position in Fargo, ND, is essential for supporting various departments such as Installation, Tarp Fabrication, Packaging, and Shipping. Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, weld, sew, and assemble tarp materials.
- Inspect fabric for defects and ensure accuracy of finished tarps.
- Operate sewing machines, heat welders, and cutting equipment.
- Package and label products accurately.
- Operate banders, shrink wrap machines, tape/staple guns, drills, and impacts.
- Prepare shipments using company software, organize inventory, and follow dispatch reports.
- Prepare and verify outgoing shipments, invoices, and packing lists.
- Load/unload trucks, wrap and bundle tubing, and package parts.
- Ensure shipments meet specifications and carriers’ requirements.
- Demonstrates tool and equipment competency.
- Completes basic tasks within one or more departments.
