A granite and quartz fabrication shop is seeking detail-oriented individuals for the fabrication and polish department. Candidates must follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and be willing to work overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate countertops according to precise measurements and specifications
• Operate fabrication machinery and tools safely and effectively
• Polish countertops to achieve a flawless finish
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a fabricator and polisher in the countertop industry
• Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery and tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy materials
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
