Job Description
Overview
Cedco Iron is seeking an experienced wrought iron and ornamental metal fabricator with a preference for those with light structural experience. The role requires expertise in fabricating various metal structures and components, including fences and railings, along with skills in MIG welding and reading technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate wrought iron and ornamental metal structures.
- Work on light structural elements such as ramadas and shade structures.
- Fabricate fences, gates, railings, and handrails.
- Perform layouts and read prints.
- Set up jigs for fabrication.
Requirements
- Experience as a wrought iron and ornamental metal fabricator.
- Light structural experience preferred.
- MIG welding experience required.
- 3G flare bevel and fillet certification helpful.
- Ability to read prints and perform layouts.
Benefits
Additional Information
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
- Occasional Saturdays may be required.
- Candidates will undergo a fabrication test during the interview.
