Overview
A family-owned architectural and structural steel company in South San Francisco is seeking experienced and reliable steel fabricators, welders, and installers, as well as apprentices willing to learn the trade. The company has been serving the Bay Area for over 40 years and specializes in custom steel projects.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate, weld, and install steel components.
- Work on custom railings, gates, balconies, structural steel, seismic retrofit steel, and miscellaneous ironwork.
- Read blueprints and shop drawings.
- Operate shop equipment including shear, ironworker, saw, press, and forklift.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings.
- Experience in layout and steel preparation.
- MIG, TIG, and Stick welding experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently.

Additional Information
- Full-time position with a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Occasional overtime as needed.
- Projects are located throughout San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin Counties.
