Overview

Westinghouse Electric Company is a leader in nuclear energy, focusing on innovation and safety in the manufacturing of large pressure equipment and heat exchangers. They are seeking Automatic Welders to support production at their Monfalcone site.

Responsibilities

• Perform automatic welding using processes such as SAW or ESW with automatic welding equipment.
• Record essential welding parameters using the welding monitoring template.
• Verify the correct preparation of components and their welding surfaces.
• Detect equipment malfunctions or defects in materials and welds, notifying supervisors.
• Position parts manually or with hoists or cranes.

Requirements

• Technical vocational diploma preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work in three shifts: Monday to Friday - Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Shift 2: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Night Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
