The Opportunity: Precision & Fabrication In this role, you will be the backbone of the production line, turning raw metal into structural forms. You aren’t just welding; you are fitting and fabricating high-quality components within tight tolerances.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Layout & Fabrication: Use your expertise to fit and assemble metal parts based on engineering specs.

• Blueprint Mastery: Interpret complex technical drawings to produce high-quality weldments.

• Specialized Tools: Daily use of welding equipment, cutting torches, and plasma cutters.

• Leadership: Assist in training newer team members as the shop grows.

What You Bring to the Table • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Technical Mastery: You must be highly proficient at reading a tape measure and interpreting blueprints.

• Experience: Manufacturing background is preferred. Basic welding and torch/plasma experience is required.

• Certification: Welding school certification is a major plus!

• Education: High School or equivalent 2
• Basic welding and cutting torch/plasma experience
• Other required KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) must be able to read a tape measure and blueprints Responsibilities

• Summary: The Welder/Fitter will produce quality weldments in a timely manner within set parameters and tolerances
• Lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms and parts using knowledge of welding techniques, and engineering requirements
• Interprets blueprints and drawings to produce specific weldments
• Fit and weld parts to blueprints to form desired weldments
• Trains others as needed
