We are looking for a skilled Structural Welder to join our team and contribute to the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures used in construction and industrial projects. As a Structural Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, and using various welding techniques to ensure the structural integrity and safety of finished products. You will work with a variety of metals, including steel and aluminum, and must be proficient in welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large-scale construction projects, be familiar with industry standards and codes, and possess problem-solving skills. You will be expected to inspect completed welds for quality, perform routine maintenance on welding equipment, and adhere to all safety protocols. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions. Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Set up welding equipment and select appropriate materials.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural components.
• Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and safety compliance.
• Repair and maintain metal structures as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
