The ideal candidate will have six months to a year of experience in welding and fabrication. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to achieve AWS 3G certification within six months of employment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform flux core welding tasks according to AWS standards.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

• Operate welding equipment and tools efficiently and safely.

• Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Six months to a year of experience in welding and fabrication.

• Proficiency in flux core welding.

• Ability to become AWS 3G certified within six months of employment.

• Strong understanding of welding symbols, blueprints, and specifications.
