Job Description
Overview
A Pipe Welder prepares and welds pipe and fittings for various material types as specified by construction drawings and technical guidance documents.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 3 months of Tig CuNi Pipe Welding experience.
- Must successfully demonstrate the ability to pass a hands-on Tig (heli-arc) pipe welding test on CuNi (copper nickel) pipe in a 6G position on 2 inch pipe with 3/32 inch wall thickness using a gas purge with 1/8 inch root opening with all uphill weld progression.
